Instead, we charge a design fee that reflects the depth and quality of our planning. Our design fees start at $2800 for CAD designs and $3200 for 3D renderings, with the exact cost depending on the scope of your project.

Once the design is approved, we provide a comprehensive proposal for executing the work. Projects can be completed in their entirety or broken down into stages, depending on your budget. As of now, we are finalizing our last design project of 2023. Due to high demand, our current wait time for design presentations ranges from 4 to 6 months from the date of hire following the initial consultation. Initial consultations are typically scheduled about a week in advance. For installation, project start dates are currently 4 to 8 weeks out, depending on the project's complexity and scope.
